Shipping, Returns & Replacement Policy
Order preparation & delivery
Personalized orders are prepared in 2–3 working days after you approve the design preview. After preparation, delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 working days. Shadi cards and other printed items follow the same preparation time after preview approval.
Design preview approval
Before printing, we send you a preview of your personalized design. Nothing is printed without your approval, so please check names, dates, spellings and photos carefully — once approved and printed, the design cannot be changed.
Returns & replacement
Because personalized items are made only for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the design you approved, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will replace it free of charge or refund you, as you prefer.
Order cancellation
You may cancel a personalized order free of charge any time before you approve the design preview. After approval and printing, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your bank account or mobile wallet within 5–7 working days.
