Products & personalization
We sell personalized gifts and printed items, including customized mugs, photo frames, cushions, LED lamps, keychains, t-shirts, wall clocks, Islamic frames and shadi (wedding) cards. Product photos are representative; for printed items, colours may differ slightly from what you see on screen due to display and printing variations.
Prices & payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and can change without notice; the price shown at checkout is final for your order. We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer and the payment methods shown at checkout. For shadi cards, the price shown on the product page is the price per single card; card rates per 100 are mentioned in each card’s description for reference.
Orders & previews
For personalized items, production starts after you approve the design preview we send you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the photos, names, dates and spellings you provide and approve.
Accounts
You may shop as a guest or with an account (including Google/Facebook sign-in where available). You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan.
